Goods purchased against form H can not be sold against form H. Goods purchased against form H has to be exported.

As per section 5(3) of CST Act, the goods purchased against form H shall be exported out of territory of India. Hence, the goods purchased on from H in Gujarath can not be transacted on the form H.
