HI ,
I have filed an FIR against my husband and my in laws for dowry harassment.unaware of the fact that i can file FIR in my parents place,I have filed the FIR in Kolkata (my marital place), so getting hassles in this matter.
1. How can i get certified copy of chargesheet, bail (my husband and in laws immediately got the bail and he is in Abroad).
2. what are the normal court fee and what would be the court fee if i apply for these copy on urgent basis.
3.Can i transfer this case to state where i am residing ? what is the procedure ?
please suggest me..

court fee for copy application is not that much costly. its will be very nominal. but as in person its little hard to get soon. so appoint an advocate to do the same.
and you can transfer the case to your residing place. but its fully discretion of the court. you have to file a transfer petition before the supreme court of india.
for each and every thing you can take the free legal aid at free cost

1&2. There is a provision to supply a copy of charge sheet to the accused free. the copy of charge sheet will be provided by the prosecution in court to the accused when they filed charge sheet in the court of law.
3. The transfer petition is maintainable before Supreme Court only.
