Dear experts ,
My father is taking family pension after death of my mother. As i already stated in my last query ,my father is married or live in relationship before the death of my mother. The lady and her daughter is using my father name as her husband and father. I have proof for that . the lady and daughter is still living with my father.my query is this ,my father is entitled for taking family Pension or not. I have already made the complaint to the department and filed complaint case in Court under CPC. I also want to know that a family pensioner can live in relationship. The family pension sanctioned after the affidavit given that my father is not marry again.

The widow/widower will get pension after the death of husband/wife till they get employment or re-marry whichever is earlier. Hence your father is not entitle to get pension. If you report the fact to the concerned pension sanctioning authority and treasury officer concerned. they will stop the pension.
