I have few abusive emails and sms from my husband. i am fighting DV and dowry case. I want to know when I should put these evidences in court?As CROSS EXAMINATION OF MY STATEMENTS IS GOING ON. i WANT TO PLACE THE EVIDENCE AT THE TIME WHEN MY HUSBAND IS CROSS EXAMINED.WILL THAT BE ACCEPTABLE AT THAT TIME

You should have exhibited those at the time of your evidence.
During your cross examination you can not produce the same.
Now cross examination of your husband remains the only option to do so.

What is the advise from your lawyer, if you are not a lawyer.
As advised by expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman, I agree. The mail/sms are required to be submitted and filed with your complaint. However, these can be confronted at the time of cross-examination of witness, author of email/sms.
