3 people became guilty guiltless who misuses. pl. suggest…..

In Murder case ,13 people nominated in FIR report, police arrested 8 people & sent to jail. The rest have fled.

In the above 8 people , 3 people are innocent. He were not there that day of the killings. These 3 people were in another village.

Please tell how those three criminal should be out of the hair & police charge sheet .

100 became the guilty offender,but 3 people became guilty guiltless who misuses. Pl. suggest…..

Well, the innocent persons to come out of the offence must wait till conclusion of trial.
beofre that they will have to seek bail and given their name appeared in the FIR the court would be skeptical to grant bail.
So without waitng any further ask them to seek bail first.
