Ans. What do you understand by the connotation "stay" in a layman's language?

Q2. "Can I build construction on the property?"

Ans. Which property you are referring? Who is the titleholder? Why the court has issued so-called "stay" order?

Q3. "Can I sell this property?"

Ans. What is the reason for planning to sell the property lis pendence, especially when there is a so-called "stay" order passed by competent Court of law.
