I recently got married with a boy of different religion on 9th Feb 2017 without my Parents consent in the Register Office. Now, I feel its a big mistake of getting married with him as I\'m unable to set with their religion.I came back to my parents house on 1st March 2017 and don\'t want to back to my in-laws place. Now I want to file for an Annulment . Please suggest me how to approach for Annulment and How much time will it take to get separated ?? My Husband is working in Hyderabad and my parents stay in Pune. What will be the jurisdiction to file the case ? Can I file the Case in Hyderabad?

Haste Makes Waste. You have to wait for One year to Seek Divorce.Registrar Office is Not a Place for Fun.wait for 1 year and in mean time convince your Legal Husband for Mutual Consent Divorce which could be Completed in 6 Month after Completion of 1 year,

Filing the Case in Pune it self will not be an Issue But both of you Legal Husband and Wife should attend the Court Twice in 6 Month after applying MCD.

The Special Marriage Act, 25. Voidable marriages.—Any marriage solemnized under this Act shall be voidable and may be annulled by a decree of nullity
How would you prove!

If you ,your husband and both families have tried to adjust and are unable and have decided to separate then try to avoid litigation and prefer MCD.
