I am a permanent Central Government employee. My date of joining is 7.8.2001. Plese advise me whether I am entitled for Voluntary Retirement.

Use RTI to get information from your department.

no nee/use of any RTI. legal advise cannot be sought in RTI.

If you have completed 20 years paid service excluding (EOL/dies non etc) in regular manner (no ad-hoc / daily wager contract period to be counted) the you can seek VR by 3 months notice.
