Society transfer premium

(Querist) 12 February 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Society Managing Committee has decided to increase the transfer premium from Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- which maximum allowed by the Act and bye laws. Can society enforce the recovery with immediate effect or has to take the AGM sanction ?

No need to refer the matter to AGM.
