Dear All

Please suggest me I am working an employee in Chartered Accountancy Firm. Last Year I have completed LL.B. & taken registration from bar council as advocate. Please suggest me can taken salary from Chartered Accountancy Firm

Since you are already enrolled as an Advocate, but seems you have suppressed the fact of being employee while submitting the application form enrollment.
You should either practice as an Advocate or employee ,you cannot continue both the things. If complained you can get the license suspended.The Lawyers/ Advocates cannot be full time employee except in certain circumstances .
