Can any employee of limited company their are more than 100 employees ,file a civil suit for recovery of unapid amount after resignation from the job.

Yes. An employee of a limited company can file a suit for recovery of his unpaid amount after resignation from the job.

He can very well file but what is the relation of 100 employee with his legal right to sue for his grievances?
Had the company only 1 employee means only himself even then he legally would have filed such litigation against such company.

Thanks Mr. makkad, i would like to clerify the relation of 100 emp. below 100 emp. industry will cover under I D ACT and more than 100 will come CGIR act . one of our emplyee had get full 7 final settelment . his increment were not given by the manangemnt due to his resignation now he is claming for that .
