The actual relationship between you both would be that of brother and sister. However this may not come under the list of sapinda relationship The Hindu Marriage Act also prohibits marriage between individuals who are "Sapindas" (related by blood) up to certain degrees, as defined by the Act. While these relationships are generally prohibited, some communities may have customs that allow certain marriages within these degrees.
