I have prsented a execution for money in court. at the time of auction of property mother of judgement dabtor file an objections under order 21 rule 97 allaging that the property which to be sold is in her name. so that my problem is this can an undevided share of a person(son) property be sold in execution of decree.

If the property is wholly in the name of the mother alone,it cannot be borught for sale.
