gift deed

dear sir,
plse let me the following:-

1. whether the court fee for gift deed in case of land property is more than normal registry? & how much is it?

2. can the property which has been gifted to someone be easily sold by that person ?

3. how should the partition of immovable property be done between three brothers in case they have mutually agreed on it so that there is no problem in future?

As your query is regarding the property to be shared by brothers, it is suggested to go for a 'family settlement deed' which shall be beneficial from the points of view of stamp duty/registration fees and also to arrive at an amicable settlement of property among the brothers.

1.What you meant by normal registry?

2. The donee have the right to aleinate the gift property as per wish.
