how to get divorce from uk nri husband who is not ready to come india.
problem is that he is residing as PG and changes accomodation very frequently. Notice may not be received by him.

you simply file a divorce petition in the court on the ground of desertion, serve notices upon him, if does not appear then certainly u ll get divorce ex-parte.
