CONVERSION LAND NA FOR FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

DEAR SIR,

WE are purchasing 2 acres of agri land and starting industrial unit on the same land?
only informing to the land revenue dept for the NA tax?
could you please explain the procedure?

If the land is in AP - You have to obtain the proceedigns from RDO , Agricultural land conversion to non Agriculture purposes , the Land Conversion Charges are 10% on SRO basic Value.

You have to submit application and supporting Affidavit beofre the Revenue Divisiosnal Officer and Your Tilte deeds and pahanies and to pay the Assessed Land Conversion Charges and there after Conversion Proceedigns will be issued. From the date of Conversion Proceedigns it is non Agricultural Land .
