whether there is any restriction in selling
self acquired property?Whether son or daughter-in-law can claim share if father is alive and he sells the prperty?

self acquired property.
No. None can interfere if father is alive and he sells the property.

Father has the sole right to alienate his self acquired property which cannot be challenged any of his legal heirs.
