I am prosecuting Class A CENTRAL GOV`T PUBLIC SERVANT, IRS, TOP INCOME TAX COMMISSIONER SINCE 2002 AND PROCESS ISSUE ON MY PRIVATE COMPLAINT,U/S 409,467,468,469 and 471 OF IPC along with 13(1)d of POC ACT, NOW I AM DEEMED PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI.ACB AS IAM DIOINING WORK OF STATE,THEN I AM ENTILE FOR SAME AS PUBLIC PROSECUTR GET?

You can use those powers only for the specific case you are now dealing.

Specific orders required from state to consider you as Public Prosecutor to claim to be a public prosecutor.By virtue of your duty you are prosecutingunder deeming provision.You will get same as public prosecutor if specific orders are passed from State.However I cant understand your querry as you are already a Class A central govt. employee and getting salary.Public prosecutor aregetting perday fixed payment are not getting salary so far as I know in my district.So what is your querry please.
