which court to file suit...???

The dispute is regarding the appointment of trustee of a PRIVATE TRUST. which is the proper court to file such type of suit??? and which is the act which provides for rules and regulations of private trust???
If yes how and if no why???

The Private Trusts are not guided by the Indian Trusts Act as far as thr appointment of trustees are concerned. So consult the Trust Deed itself. For reliiious trust or the private any dispute is to be agitated in the court of the District Judge or the principal court of orignal jursdiction.

u can file a suit under section 92 of the CPC

Mr. Barman Sir... i just want to ask that.. when the dispute comes into district court??? and when the dispute will fall in the principal court???
