Kul kayada & sale permission.

Dear,
We have purchased a land pertaining to kulkayada in Kalwa , maharashtra near Thane.Landlord has sold this land to us with taking sale prmission from collector.But the sale permission is in the name of only one person.The land has purchased by 07 different persons including the prson whose name is mentioned in sale permission.We have done registration of kharedikhat separate to each.Now we have applied for name in 7-12 & Talathi said that the sale permission is only in the name of 01 person so it is not possible to incluid other peson's name in 7-12.

as you had registered 7 differnt deeds ecah required permission.even now u can get permission
