Dear sir,
I am the owner of flat in co op society, which is bought 1 month ago (2nd hand flat).
In our society their is no proper distribution of parking space between members and our secretary also not want to interfere in this matter, by saying we have to cooperate each other. but our old members not giving us proper space for parking and showing dominance.
so is there any way legally to get proper allotment of space

how many parking lots are available in society?
how many members in society?
was the allotment done by society as per guidelines laid down in bye laws?
does any member have more than one parking slot?

You can move a petition before Registrar cooperative societies for this matter wherein a free and fair distribution may be sought.

I think querist has already explained that space is lesser and he is new allottee of flat in society having not allotted specific place for parking. This information is sufficient for prabhakar singh ji.
