If a person signs a bond and subsequently leaves the job before the completion of the stipulated time, on account of being maltreatment. Is he supposed to pay the amount and how can he escape the liability.

The employee can escape the liability of a service bond only if he can prove the provisions of the bond to be against the provisions service laws, or the employer having failed to discharge his own liability towards the employee as per the laws of the land.

what are the terms of the bond? if the bond provides thatyou have to serve the notice period you are bound to do so
