D/friends,
I have been living separate from her for 1999 and divorce case filed by me is pending in the HC from 2001.Is this new marriage amendment bill 2010 in my favour?Can I seek divorce easily now and at what cost?

the bill has to be passed by Parliament . it is not yet passed and ratified by president .

You may have to wait for the benefit till the bill takes shape of an Act of the Parliament on assent of the President of India after approval by both the houses of the Parliament.

Just pray God for early approval.

The aforesaid bill is yet to be put before Parliament and a long process thereafter has to follow so wait for its enactment.
