Agreement to sell

(Querist) 09 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
can a person who entered an agreement to buy property subsequently enter into another agreement to sell with 3rd person on the basis of purchase agreement. if so conditions of that subsequent agreement will be binding on original and actual seller.

No, It is not original seller agreement.

Certainly not there is something known as 'privity of contract' the terms of contract bind only those parties to it.
