Dear Sir Greetings If any company called for D.P.C after 4 yrs or so in managerial cadre & does not give promotions to a well qualified ,proven experienced person,without assigning any reasons,then is it not against the fundamental rights to live the life with dignity?Is it not abuse/tarnishing the image of a person.? It is not against the fundamental rights to live the life with dignity. It is not abuse/tarnishing the image of a person.
Your fundamental right is to leave the Co. , and join another one that appreciate your efforts. No one stop you. . If they think you are valuablke, they will retain you & accept your demand of promotion. or u understand u r useless for them, even if you self praise "well qualified ""proven experienced person",

The question arises, has the DPC recommended the employee for promotion based on his performance adjudged through ACRs/APARs?
