Case dismmissed

If the case is dismissed during judgment. does that mean it is against plaintiff who instituted the case? is there any other things favourable to plaintiff also. Please explain

If the case is dismissed on merit then certainly it is directed against the plaintiff.
For knowing other things you have to be specific.

IF THE RELIEFS CLAIMED ARE NOT GRANTED TO PLAINTIFF DESPITE SOME FINDINGS IN PLAINTIFF'S FAVOR,THE JUDGEMENT IS AGAINST PLAINTIFF WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.

Sorry for trouble again, if the smilar cause of action was decided in plantiff favour in another case (multiple cases on same issue due timing issue) which was parrelly running with this case, in that case can court decide to dismiss this case.
