Environmental issue - to prevent the starting of plywood factory near the house

Dear Sir,
It is going to start a plywood factory near by my house. Due to the pollution and environmental issue we are going to oppose that. There are houses near the proposed site (As per the certificate they got, it is mentioned there is no houses in 100 mts surrounding). But there is a house in 52 Mtrs, and the owner is ready to oppose it. And a lot of drinking water well are there in the surroundings. They got all the official papers to start it.
We have formed one action cousil to protest/fight against it. So please advice me what are the step need to take to stop. Thanking you in advance...

if license has been obtained on false pretences by supression of material facts then you cn approach licensing authjority point out fruad played by factory owner . if no action taken by licensing authority fle writ pettion in the high court

Contact the industrial department which has issued him license and Pollution Board with definite measurement and expert reports and get the licenses cancelled and also contact local SDM under section 133 of Criminal Procedure code and obtain stay and thereafter closure of that unit from your residential area.
