Permanent alimony can be claimed but still the Bill for sharing the property is under pipeline hence no such right is available as on day.

You can claim for permanent alimony not for share in husband property. As the bill for right in husband property and share is still not passed.

in 138 of N.I.Act my defence is the cheque was given to the complainants friend, whose whereabouts are not known to complainant as well as accused, in cross examination the complainant agreed that the scribe of the cheque was not known to him
but his witness stated that the scribe on the cheque is accused here the contradiction arises
my question to the experts is that is there any chance of getting acquittal on his contradiction ground? pls let me know your suggestions
