hello sir i m vinay and i m going through a dispute on land size, between me and my friend he says the land size is 19 and i say it is 20. he know the faculties in nagar nigam and applied for patta of size 19 so now i want to renew it need ur help plz give me the details of using the law against wrong issued patta of land.

Your query is not clear. Pl explain the relationship between urself and ur friend as regards the property in question and how dispute has arisen. What is 19 and 20? sq yds or sq mts? Nagar Nigam does not issue the patta. It is the collectors office that has jurisdiction.If there is dispute regarding the area of the land, u should apply to the town planning dept for survey and determine the correct area.
