Your question is not clear. Any how, I try to answer.

The awards would be passed under Section 33 C(2) of the I.D. Act and hence, they are not decrees. As far as execution of the awards are concerned, the procedure laid down in Section 33(c)(1) is applicable, i.e., to approach the labour department for execution and they recover the amounts of the award as if they were land revenue.riven
