In Supreme Court of India my case got admitted and notice is being served to my opponents - in NOV 2012.

In 2 hearing My I.A for stay of lower court Judgement and further proceedings of FTP has been dismissed but final Judgement FTP has to be only after SLP judgement - in May 2013

I would like to know denying stay for lower court Judgement and proceeding of FTP is a negative factor to my case or else it is a normal procedure.

It is normal procedure as granting is stay is discretionary power upon the appeal court.
