Demand for acceptance of child from live in relationahip.

What defence can be taken for demand by a women for accepatance of child from live in relationship? He already paying maintanance to them and now he has his own family. Therefor he is not ready to accept his child from live in relationahip. Please guide.

The custody of the minor child is generally given to mother unless she is incapable to maintain him. A petition to that effect can be filed before family court.

whether it is Live In relationship or marriage if the marriage in which he is living now is before the birth of the child or even after the birth he could be sued in all aspects. Consult a Lawyer.

. it appears lady wants you to give your name to the child . since you are already paying maintenance for mother and child they would not have grievance regarding the same . resolve issue amicably

The illegitimate child can inherit your property.
So give him your name and identity.

The child born through illegitimate relationship, is not illegitimate child.

The child is having all such rights from its father.

The father of the child cannot shed away his responsibilities and duties towards his child just because it was born out of an illegitimate affairs. Though he is paying maintenance amount to both the mother and the child, if the mother does not wants to maintain the child under her custody, the father has to take care of it after that because the child born out that relationship cannot be considered illegitimate.

PARENTS CAN BE ILLEGAL/ NOT CHILD.
SO CHILD HAVE ALL RIGHT TO PROPERTY/ MTN/ NAME.
