Respected sir or ma'am,i want to ask that recentei have ordered a t-shirt online on a site.they told tht the ordered will be placed within 15 working days.then they asked me for more 300 payment and i made that also.i m waiting for last 2-3 months but i have not received my order neither they are refunding my money back.what should i do now as if my whole money is suck.do i need to contact consumer form and if yes then,how and plz tell me the whole detail procedure regarding this as soon as possible.

This is a case of unfair trade practice. File case in consumer forum.

what is value of t shirt? you can file case in consumer forum but you will have to spend more time running around courts .
it takes 2 years for cases to be disposed of in district consumer forum .
the online site must be having mechanism for redressal of grievances or customer feedback . lodge your complaint there .
in addition many TV channels run programmes wherein you can send in your complaint details . they obtain replies from manufacturers/ sellers regarding your complaints

The value of the t shirt is appox 1500 ₹ .they are not delivering my product till nw and neither returning my money back.so why should i do.i m left with consumer form option only.

If they are not responding inform police about their fraudulent and cheating activities.
