Hello Sir

In my society there is a flat owner whose daughter takes tuition of 4 to 5 primary students at his place so i wanted to know whether he has to pay any extra charges or not to society.

no flat owner is not required to pay extra amount to society . flat is also used for residence by the flat owner

It is used as residential flat and taking tuition of 4-5 primary chaps by daughter does not amount to commercial use of flat, no extra charges warranted.

Commercial activities are strictly prohibited in the residential area so a detailed complaint can be made to the society itself and then to registrar and municipal authorities but the same is not advised being your neibourhood with such person.
