can a court can give a perpetual injunction order against the co-sharers in the family.please clarify.Thanq experts in advance.

Dear experts,
A and B are brothers.they partioned their properties but not mutated their properties in the revenue records andone of them claming his right in the lands which are not belongs to him but the same is in his name as per records.and filed a suit per perpetial injunction.but not belongs to him as per the partition.the same is reduced in to writing on the rs.ten stamp peper.not marked by the court.now my question is to the esteemed experts can a court give perpetual injunction to him
