I am giving rent of a room for commercial purposes. Please give suggestions for preparing agreement. For minimising future complications.

If the premises is residential.. then it can not be used for commercial purpose.
and if it is already commercial, then you just mention that it is commercial premises to be used for commercial purpose and a normal leave and license agreement can be executed. It can be executed even online.

@ Mr. Mukherjee , I feel you wanted to say you want to give room on Rent.

In fraction of second it reflected you used rent word without understanding legal meaning and complication.

I think you better follow Adv. Barman advice and take personal legal advice and get draft prepared properly whatever you want properly so that you can get room back , Proper Leave and License agreement etc. taking into consideration your state laws etc.

If you go to typist and use draft and accidentally you use wrong draft or not proper within scope of your state rent act consequence can be terrible.

Hence in my personal opinion follow Adv. Barman advice .

If you are giving rent to some one then also better take proper advice it will be good for you
