Sir/ madam the case is going on in district court u/s 506 323 452 354 336.what is the cosequences of it.oppsition party has filed wrong case becase daroga of that police statiin has relation with oposition .sir how can i defend the case more powerfully.

Sir. Above case file on my father and bro. Father and brother has attenden the date given every time.but for last two dates my bro has not attended the date so court has issued nonbailable warrant to my bro.how to tackle the situation .plz give me valueable guidance

No other alternate but to defend in the criminal case. Engage some senior lawyer dealing in criminal cases.

The person should appear and prey for cancellation of NBW.
