I have send rti application through regd post a/d to tehsildar, but even after 20days I haven't received a/d card. I think tehsildar not signed ad card. So I fill online complaint for ad card on www.indiapost.gov.in. But they give no response, even after 15 days. So how can I proof rti delivery to faa and cic Delhi. What action now will I take

Tehsildar will show that he hasn't received any rti , even he can say that ipo of rs 10/- is missing which I have send with rti through regd post. He is not interested in providing information as some corruption is done in my khewat of agricultural land, but I have to prove using rti.

Get the delivery certificate from post office,from where you sent the RTI application by registered post,postal certificate will confirm that your application has been delivered or not.

TOn your complaint to the booking office, the Post office can give you certificate of delivery, but after proper verification from the post office of delivery.

If the address on the post is correct which has been sent through registered post and the same has not been received back undelivered then the same shall be presumed as delivered.
It is not good to raise query on assumptions and presumptions and treat all others as dishonest.

No govt deptt is signing AD. That does not mean that they never received it. If the article has not been returned undelivered it is deemed delivered, unless you have withheld sender's address

If you do not get reply in stipulated time, file Ist appeal to appellate authority.

Your query is two fold, firstly your complaint for non-receipt of AD Card for that you may lodge a complaint with the booking Post Master. Secondly you will have to wait for 30 days + 4 days(postal) before filing appeal before First Appellate Authority of SPIO.
