Division of property

(Querist) 14 May 2017 This query is : Resolved 
My father have four brother and my father is elder from all of them.In current he is no more. In my joint family property can I coice any part of property which is divided in four equal parts because of my father is elder from them.Its a agriculture land 1 Kila. I want to choose out of four parts 2nd or 3rd ,any one from them.
Please tell me I have choice yes or no

My all Uncle given me first or fourth part.
