How to get the certified copies of gmail?

Hi my sister is facing the CYBER CRIME CASE where she is suffering from a culprit with abusive mails. Now during the case discussions honorable judge is asking to submit the certified copies of GMAILS received. Please help with the process of getting the certified copies of GMAIL.

There is no procedure of obtaining certified copy of email. But any cyber expert may find out the computer from which the email was generated. Police do it in routine during investigation in such matters. Take advise of your advocate

Whether the mails have been deleted form inbox and trash account also?
If not take help of your lawyer to submit.

You can download it or get it downloaded at any cyber café. To prove its genuineness the person downloading it will give you a certificate U/S 65 Evidence Act as per format which you can get it on web surfing.

Ur Sister can down load the messages received by her from her e mail box and certify the copies that they are the true and correct copies down loaded from her e mail box and that the computer from which the copies are taken has always been under her exclusive control and no one else has access to it or her account and that the messages are not tampered with in any manner whatsoever..
