Respected Sir,
My self Pramod Age 38,I have married on march 2006,I have son of 12 month my wife is leaving with his father home last 4 month,she
not say anything about comeing my home,his mother-father say that she do"snot leaving with your mother,stay saprate home,but sir I am the only 1 child of my mother,she window age 60 suffering body pain old age diesses
Sir how can I got my Child,I want my son.
Sir my mother&me going my wife home but she
can't say anything his father is Rss Person in dist level,As we can phone my wife or his father sometime they say that my son is sleeping

Politics cannot play role in family affairs. If mediation through family elders fail, send a legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights.

Try to settle the matter amicably with the help of elders, other wise you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights without serving any legal notice.

Since the child needs mother,it is not possible that you can get his custody,but if you file the petition for custody,atleast you will get visitation rights.
