sir my husband was a company employee last 1 year he is missing .i have two children i need money for children education and other needs, sir i request company give me my husband PF amount or intrest for that amount
but company said after 7 year i will give u that amount because after 7 year rule for a missing person death or alive, so sir that situtation what can i do,if any process company give me pf amount or pf amount intrest for every month .

company is right in its stand. only after continuosly missing for 7 years company is legally allowed to settle the dues to you.
the other option may be filing a case at a court for such relief.

You are not eligible to claim provident fund amount of your husband since your husband is alive and has not even resigned his job.

Unless you provided proof for death of your husband, you are not eligible to get the PF amount from the company

Only on humanitarian grounds you can seek help from the Company. Try through Employees' Union, if any. In absence of any Union, submit an application to the Company to provide subsistence allowance (you can mention that you are ready to render an Affidavit to the effect that the paid amount can be adjusted towards settlement money receivable by you or on return of your husband). There is no harm in trying all the possibilities for the sake of children and their education.
