Physically and emotionally harassment by girl on false promises of marriage

I am looking for serious advice from expert,about my problem...i fall in love with girl and we have decide to marry..my family and her family also ready.our all family member and society aware about all that sudennely girl and her family start behave dramtically and broken the relationship without any justified reason...
She also had physical relation with me on mutual consent and most of our friend and family know about our relationship..after all this drama created by girl n her family..me and my family faced of social and mental stress.Same time our social prestige get damaged by this issue.Plz suggest me what kind of legal action i can take against her n her family.
She had sexual relationship on false promise of marriage

file complaint of threats against her and family members and also if any public statement is made by them which are of defamatory nature in that case, send notice of defamtion , asking fr apology as well for compensation. Also file a cri complaint for creating false evidence . u can ask u r adv to take actions on these ground. if u still have any querry or need any help may spk to me on 9870112826

hey Mr. Barman is right, it is better to forget and look for a decent girl for you, she may also file rape case against you if you procced further in this matter. she is major and can take her decision for marriage, you cant forced her to marry you so, it is better to keep distance from such family.

Many case laws are there and your advocate will be suggesting you many things and apart from this there are no actions which you can take against her.

Through injunction suit you can also seek compensation from the girl as well as the state.
