my mother nevery gave any Registered Relinquishment Deed in favour of My grandmother in heading
I hear about department called Rehabilation Division, New Delhi
they maintain all records of property allotment at the time of partition
we have document of one allotted home,
there is some other property allotted in india
how i get allotted property details from this department in legal way,
if any other option is there i will go for other option also,

File a Application under THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT to State Public Information Officer to obtain the document as you wish from department called Rehabilitation Division, New Delhi as it is a Public authority.
