i have file a criminal case in munsif court but the judge returned file stating how the petition is maintainable when a civil case is pending i have not filed supreme citation that criminal case is maintainable what are other supremecourt judgements latest

the criminal case has been filed on what grounds.? what is the issue involved wherein you had to file civil case?

on what grounds u filed the criminal case and civil cases tell first. how ever these two are different things and can be filed at same time.

Why and how a criminal case was filled before any Munsif??? Was he also enjoying both jurisdictions simultaneously.
