Right to property to women"s children

sir, my grantd father has two daughters and three sons. My mother is eledest among the daughters and third to my grand father. Now my mother is no more and i have a sister yet to be married.. My question is "Do i have any rights on my grand fathers property?".. please answer.

Is there any previous partition has been effected prior to 2004. If it is yes you cannot claim. otherwise -some more details required.

Whether your grand father is alive? Whether your grand mother is alive?
You have to indicate whether you belong to Sunni or Shia?
