My father purchased house 11 years back in Haryana on gpa.?
GPA means, only you have gpa or sale deed in favour of your father?

A GPA does not convey Title ,in addition you have not told whether this GPA is registered or simply notarized and you have also not told if your GPA is revocable or irrevocable and you have also not told whether the person /owner of house who sold to your father by this GPA is alive or dead.
UNLESS YOU TELL ALL FACTS ASKED ABOVE NO PRUDENT LEGAL ADVISE CAN BE GIVEN except flying kisses.

Prabhakar singh ji! this innocent querist has already cleared in second line of his query that his father has dead and many experts started replies on the line of succession. There is no sense to ask from querist whether his father is alive or dead or whether GPA is revocable or not.
Basic question is GPA has expired soon on the death of father of the querist whether it was revocable or irrevocable. Now nothing is left with querist.
Mr. Querist! You shall have to approach now to seller or in case of his death to his entire legal heirs and shall have to prepare them to get registered sale deed in your name. If they are still ready to do so, it is your luck otherwise you may face a deep problem.

In whose favour the property was purchased.
If it is his own name then there was no need for gpa.
