What will happen to the GPA cases already instate, if govt. closes the GPA Provision.

It would be depending upon the terms of law.
Hopefully it would be prospective in effect and not retrospective.
Hence hold your breath and do not loose your hurt unnecessarily.
This way of worrying is not called pre managing.

I think, the querist wants clarification of recently pronounced judgment of Supreme Court. As already explained, the provisions of law are applicable prospectively and not retrospectively so dont feel aggrieved.
