SIR I GOT MARRIED IN ARYA SAMAJ NOW I WANT TO KNOW THE VALIDITY OF ARYA MARRIEGE CERIFICATE IN POLICE CASE. THIS CERTIFICATE IS VALID IN COURT CASES OR NOT.

It is a Valid Document it shows about your Legal Marriage. you can file an application before registrar of Marriage & registered yor marriage & Get Marriage certificate from ROM. in any police case this certificate is a valid proof.

You have to obtain Marriage Certificate after registering it with Local Authority [say Municipal Corporation, after filling their form, pay court fees, 3 witnesses, and proof of residence. Affidavit if no Wedding Card, etc.] The Arya Samaj Certificate of Marriage is one of the vital Part of this Application, on the basis of which, Marriage Certificate will be issued to you by Local authority, and that is your VALID Final Document to use it as Marriage Certificate.

It is valid, but if the marriage is regd., with marriage registrar by producing the certificate issued by the arya samaja then that is certificate is more valid

Quite valid. But to have more authenticity to your marriage, better get your marriage registered with the Registrar of marriages.

If there arise no any dipute regarding marriage than the certificate issued by Arya Samaj is valid else you have to obtain the marriage certificate from Registrar of Marriage by getting your marriage registered.

In any Application for Passport, Visa, Change of Name in Employment , PF, Pension, and all Important Govt. authority, They recognise only Govt Authority Marriage Certificate, and not ARYA SAMAJ.[ Arya Samaj Certificate, helps to get Marriage Cert from Local authority.] TRY IT AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THIS. I can say so as far as Mumbai and Maharashtra, where authorities demanded for Municipal Marriage Certificate. recent amendments. , as er new Regn Laws. ,

Though Hon'ble apex Court has raised some objections against some 'shops' being run under the garb of Arya Samaj which issue such certificates for the sake of money and authenticity of those 'shops' has been denied but in general there is nothing to raise any question mark over the marriage certificates issued by Arya Samaj. Marriage can also be got registered on this basis with marriage registrar and it shall suffice for all purposes including police case.
