Maintanance

Respected All,

I want know regarding maintenance which ad-hoc committee going to collect from 1.4.12 as per agreement with the builder,
* In what bifurcation we use to allocate our maintenance, its similar to registered society?
* What charges we are not collect as per due to ad-hoc committee for ex. Sinking Fund, Repair & Main. etc.?
* Its a necessary to issue receipt as per registered society at the time of collection of maintenance?

One more question

Our society situated in "Grampanchayat"area and as per information by "dep.sarpanch", we need to pay property tax from the date of agreement and not from the date of possession.
Which one is correct as per law?

Bifurcation shall be similar as was in the society and property tax can be imposed only from the date of possession and not from the date of execution of the agreement.
